Bugs
- the english help file was not installed by the SIS file
- spelling mistake in french help file
- "yes no" buttons in "Starting" not responds to keyboard
- long file names now support for catalogue and comet files
- cosmetic modifications in the catalogue window dialogue
- an unknown procedure was called when pointing at an off zone in "Centre" command
- bug fix when editing new comet with Excentricity near 1.0
- in some situations 'Field' command don't erase previous circle
