INTRODUCTION fMat is an extensive database with mechanical, physical, thermal and fatigue data of a large number of metals. fMat also provides a glossary of terms related to materials and processes. The demo version is not fully functional. Please note that registration involves reloading the program. 2. INSTALLATION To install the program simply double-click on the .sis file or select the "Install New Program" option in PsiWin (EPOC Install). If you have PsiWin/EPOC Install v2.1 or above, then everything will happen automatically. If you have an earlier version, you will need to get the installation file SETUP.EXE, which can be downloaded from our Home Page. If you are unsure, then go to http://www.rmrsoft.com/ and follow the link to the 'SIS' page for a full explanation of the installation procedure. 3. RUNNING THE PROGRAM Start the program by selecting 'Extras' from the Application bar and then selecting fMat. 4. REGISTRATION If you wish to register the program, you can do so by post, or on-line using the RegNet facility (credit cards). If you are using the postal service, please send a cheque (check) for US$40.00, or 40.00 Euros payable to 'RMR Software' (or the equivalent in 'real money' in your actual currency - no foreign currency cheques please), to the following address: FATEC Engineering Rubenslaan 127 2661 RV Bergschenhoek The Netherlands The software will then be sent to you fairly quickly. If you wish to register using a credit card you can register on the WWW through RegNet, the Registration Network. You will also get free access to future versions downloadable from the FATEC Engineering web pages. 5. LICENCE AGREEMENT 5.1 General By installing and using the fMat software you are bound to this license agreement. If you do not agree to all terms of this license, do NOT use the software and DELETE it from your system. 5.2 Copyright This program is copyright of FATEC Engineering. 5.3 Evaluation and Registration FATEC Engineering grants you a non-exclusive license to use version 1.02 of fMat (the "Software"). You are NOT allowed to make any changes in any files in this Software package. You agree that you will not attempt to reverse compile, modify, translate, or disassemble the software in whole or in part. 5.4 Distribution It is NOT allowed to distribute registered Software without prior written permission. However, feel free to upload the demo version of this software to any electronic bulletin board or WWW site, to demonstrate the demo version of this software and its capabilities or give copies of the demo version of this software to potential users. 5.5 Warranties The Software is provided 'as is' and without warranties. FATEC Engineering shall not be liable under damages suffered by you or any user of the Software. The Software and all ownership rights are property of FATEC engineering. FATEC Engineering reserves all intellectual property rights to the software. You agree to be bound by Dutch and international copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
