Copy "gps_time.opa" to any place from which it can be installed.
Copy, if wished, "gps_time.rsc" to an \opd on any drive.
The program will merely give an "about" display if help is 
requested and "gps_time.rsc" is absent.
The "gps_time.wrd" and "gps_time.txt" files 
are merely copies of the help contents.
