Helper

Helper provides an IDE for resource files - specifically help files.

To install - unzip preserving directory structure and copy to any drive.

Helper is simply a thin shell over the compiler/viewer system developed
by Jezar.

However it does help me develop my sad Psion software more quickly by
speeding up help authoring.

If you want access to the source I used then it's in Helpkit1.zip.
