Copy "nisttime.opa" to any place from which it can be installed.
Copy, if wished, "nisttime.rsc" to \opd.
The program will merely give an "about" 
display if help is requested and the file 
is absent or elsewhere.
The "nisttime.wrd" and "nisttime.txt" files 
are merely copies of the help contents.
