2's Compliment Conversion

This is a 16 bit Fixed Point Scaled 2's Compliment conversion program.
It converts between HEXidecimal, BINary and SYStem units,
with userdefinable values for MSB, LSB and BSc (Bit Scale).

Simply copy 2's_Comp.opo into the \OPO\ directory, and execute !
