Oh no not another Picture viewer!!

Well don't blame me - I wrote this for myself
and if you don't like it no problem.

The code might be useful to somebody so this
is supplied free for anyone to hack around

Anyway, it is a nice little viewer and is
quite memory efficient so even quite big
pictures can be viewed.

Small pics are loaded centrally alligned
although large ones are loaded with their
point of origin at position 0,0 (top left)
as I think this works better.
