• For an application to be considered, the FINAL version must have been released between January 1st 1998 and December 1st 1998.
• All decisions by the judges are FINAL.
• Anyone may submit their app for consideration.
• Nominees Can't be voters. (If they nominated themselves)

• There will be an awards 'ceremony' via chat at 3-LiB's chat room on January 2nd at 5pm GMT.
• As some may have noticed Money is not made by Purple Software, but rather Palmtop BV. My apologies to both companies.
• vMEMO has turned out to be the most nominated application and its author, Gary Belcher. Together they  have accumulated 6(!) nominations.
• Need a couple more nominations for best EPOC utitity.
• Currently Paul Ross is making an Award 'Trophy' so you can show off your award in your programs, & websites!
• Need more voters =)
• Send in the nominations and don't forget the category, it is pain to figure that out. That one is my fault as I forgot to put it in the form. =)
