TROUBLESHOOTING 'General Failure' error If you experience problems with WordBox giving you a 'General Failure' message shortly after the program loads, here is a quick fix: Go to the Spell program located on your Extras bar and enable the user dictionary. Next, add at least one word to the user dictionary. This should correct the problem. I have reported this problem to RMR Software and they are looking into it. I'll post a new version with the fix as soon as it is available.
