Changed to Italic font any to do item older than today. Added functionality to Summary Tasks and Client Bills where pen tap on header. Can now show clients, task types, paid/not paid. 17 Dec 97 Changed the printing routine to print directly rather than showing the preview dialog. Released as v1.3 22 Dec 97 Ability to delete an outstanding task added to task modify dialog box. Ability to delete a client record added. Ascending and descending outstanding task view added, selected from the Menu. Because of this had to supply a conversion routine, 5TConv.opo - one time use. CSV output now operates correctly. Edit a date goes straight to calendar. Added a new code field to the Task Type which is output in the CSV files. User requested for use on the target PC application. ** Remember to Modify all Task Types and update with proper code ** To Do List printing now gives the option of producing an HTML file for viewing on Web Browser. Output file goes to C:\ and is called 'TODO.HTM' Released as Version 2.16. 14 May 1998 Introduction of Export/Import facility. This facility is used to save "raw" data copies on disk. Will become the suggested method of ensuring upwards capability of new versions of 5Time. To Do entry with a memo that is to be entered in Agenda now takes the memo details into the Agenda as well. Released as Version 2.17. 28 May 98 Bug fixes in the Backup/Restore option. The restore option did not check for database integrity and caused some user headaches. Have now fixed this problem so a restore automatically calls the database integrity checks that are present at startup. Major addition - can now export a Microsoft Project MPX file which can be read by both MS Project and Plan5. Released as Version 2.18. 03 Jun 98 Upgraded to be compatible with GeoFox 1 machine. Fixed the slider bar problems. Now all views function correctly. Crashing after entering a blank task type. This has been fixed (thanks to my users who helped track this one down!). PgUp/PgDn/Up/Down keys now work in all views. Cancelling a 'Start as a task' option brought up the task running bar, now fixed. Released as Version 3.0. 08 Jul 98 Significant work undertaken in the Agenda link area. No need to ensure the Agenda is closed, this is done automatically by 5Time. 5Time changes agenda entry in modify and date change. 5Time will cross-out and disable any alarm set for an item that has been flagged as done. Can now add an agenda entry to an existing To Do item. Can now delete an agenda entry from within 5Time. 5Time now 'remembers' the backup/restore directory and file name. Client Bills can now be printed in HTML format. Addition of task types printed list. Can now select 'n' days in advance for To Do. Fixed a couple of reported bugs, crash after registration open/close. Decimal time routine had bug, now fixed. Compression of database performed after Backup. Removal of Export/Import facility. Ability to Change the value of the To Do List name. Printed To Do lists now show user priorities. Released as Version 3.1. 27 Jul 98 Selective backup of 'done' items incorporated when deleting To Do items. Allows the user to save the removed items off-line. Can be recovered at any time. New search option incorporated in the To Do view. This is included as a menu item as well as a tap-on button in the To Do views. Speeded up the data collection slightly.
