A. Contents of the Release:
   
1. Users can connect to the Yahoo Messenger Service, and can log on using his Yahoo User name and password. 
2. Users can add new contacts.
3. Users can delete contacts and can set privacy settings (such as blocking users, adding users to forward list or reserve list). 
4. Users can Send/Receive messages
5. User can check the status of contacts in respective "Contacts currently Online" and "Contacts not online" list boxes.
6. Users can change their connection status. 
7. Users can initiate chat sessions with an online contact as well as receive requests for chat sessions. 
8. Users can invite online contacts to join the chat session. 
9. Users can get notifications about the status of their contacts as "Busy", "Out for lunch" etc.
10. Users can chat in four multiple chat sessions simultaneously.
11. Users can switch views between chat and main view using different view settings using provided by the top and side tool bars and using pop-up menus. 



B. Installation:

Requirement: This application requires a minimum of a Psion series 5mx.

Steps to install Messenger Force on an EPOC device: 
1. Download/Extract the YahooMessengerForce(v1.0).sis file to the desktop. 
2. Copy the YahooMessengerForce(v1.0).sis file to the mobile device using a PsiWin connectivity tool.
3. Select the YahooMessengerForce(v1.0).sis file from the mobile device and double tap on the file to start the installation process 







C. How to use Yahoo Messenger Force?
   
1. Establish a connection to the web first.
2. Start the application and from the main application window tap on the "Log On" button to launch the login dialog. 
3. In the "Log On" dialog box, provide the Yahoo ID and password. Click the "OK" button to continue.
4. The contact list with users is displayed in the respective "Online" and "Offline" list boxes.
5. To add a new contact, click on the Add a Contact button. Specifying the Yahoo ID of the contact, a new buddy can be added to the contact list.
6. If any contact is online, then selecting the contact name from the list and clicking on the side "Message" menu button enables the user to send messages.
7. In the Main View toolbars can be switched on/off and the view can be switched between the "Main View" and different chat views by selecting the respective menu options from the "View" menu.
8. While in the chat view, other online users can be invited into the chat session.


D. Known issues: 
    
1. While user is logging to the Yahoo Messenger Service, minor paint problems could occur.
2. Though there is support for five simultaneous chat sessions, it is recommended to have limit this to four simultaneous chat sessions. 
3. Sometimes the app doesn't close properly.
