New feature: You can now drag a psion .OPA or .APP file
    onto the PIC icon to recover the application icon
    from the file. This is useful to recover lost icons
    after translating an OPL program.

PICConvert
==========

This program will convert a Psion 3/PocketBook PIC file,
or a Psion 3a black/grey PIC file to a Mode 13 spritefile.

The program will convert ALL the bitmaps in a PIC file to
a spritefile. It will attempt to convert psion 3a black/grey
bitmap pairs by looking for adjacent bitmaps with the same size.
You can disable this feature if you wish, on the save window.

Run the program, and the PIC icon will appear on the iconbar.
Drag the Psion PIC file onto the PIC icon and a standard
RISCOS filer save window will appear. Save in the standard way.
The program can save directly to !Paint, and load directly
from a PocketFS filer window. There is an option on the save window
to save as psion 3a bitmaps. Turn this option off to save all
bitmaps in the file as black bitmaps, and leave it on to convert
as black/grey bitmap pairs.
