Installation Using PsiWin, PsiMac, MacConnect: Copy each .WDR file to any \WDR\ directory on your INTERNAL drive or SSD. PostScript directory Also in this zip is a driver for Apple PostScript printers. This requires two extra files (.ini and .dyl) to be also installed in the \WDR\ directory. Using the printer drivers Once installed the printer setup dialog within each application will automatically pick the drivers and present them to you as with the normal printer drivers built into the machine. Support These printer drivers were supplied as is, free of charge and are unsupported, if you have a problem with one of the drivers you can download the wdrkit.zip which allows you create new Series 3 printer drivers. It does not update PsiWin 2.1 to PsiWin 2.2 PsiWin 2.1 Service Release 1 addresses a number of issues, outlined below: Synchronization under Windows NT with 'non-admin' access rights: You can now create synchronization tasks and synchronize information when logged on to any PC running Windows NT, regardless of your access rights. Labels containing symbols and accented characters: Converting or synchronizing a Data file now preserves all characters in the database labels. Data files containing labels of type 'Memo' : You can now convert all characters stored in Data labels of type 'Memo'. The 255 character limit no longer applies. Only users who have experienced the problems described above, or who are likely to experience them, need to download this update. Installing Service Release 1 Unzip the file to a temporary folder, e.g. C:\Temp. Double-click on the file Setup.exe and follow the instructions to complete the installation. You can use PsiWin/Service Release 1 straight away. It is not necessary to restart your PC. Removing PsiWin / Service Release 1 If you need to uninstall PsiWin for any reason, you must remove the Service Release first. To do this, select Settings|Control Panel from the Start menu, select the Add/Remove Programs icon and highlight PsiWin Service Release 1. Click the Add/Remove button.
